Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies to every eBook sold on visualbooks.store, operated by Growthyfai Technologies Private Limited.
7-day refund window
If the book is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No lengthy forms.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@visualbooks.store from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with
pay_, found in your purchase email). - Optionally tell us what did not work. It helps us improve.
We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and start the refund within 48 hours.
When refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and UPI apps typically credit it within 5 to 7 business days.
If something went wrong with delivery
If you were charged but did not get the email, or the file will not open, write to us first. We will fix delivery or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Not eligible
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or sharing/redistributing the file.
